Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or participating in any auction on Premium Domain Auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
Registration & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate in auctions
- A one-time registration fee of ₹1,000 is required to activate bidding privileges
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Each person may only hold one account; multiple accounts are not permitted
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any account at our discretion
Bidding Rules
All bids placed on our platform are legally binding commitments to purchase the domain at the bid price if you win.
- Bids must meet or exceed the minimum bid increment set by the platform
- Bids cannot be retracted once submitted
- The auction ends at the stated time; the highest bidder at that time wins
- We reserve the right to cancel an auction or reject bids at our sole discretion
- Shill bidding or bid manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination
Placing a bid means you are legally committed to paying that amount if you win the auction.
Payment Terms
- The registration fee of ₹1,000 is non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy
- Winning bidders must complete full payment within the timeframe specified upon winning
- Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the registration fee
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
Domain Transfer
Upon successfully winning an auction and completing payment:
- We will initiate the domain transfer process within 5 business days
- You must provide valid registrar account details for the transfer
- Transfer timelines may vary depending on the domain registrar
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party registrars
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bids
- Attempt to manipulate auction outcomes
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to bid
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Limitation of Liability
Premium Domain Auction is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of domain value, bidding errors, or platform downtime.
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid in registration fees.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
